Brad Kittelsen is a singer-songwriter-guitarist from Lake Forest, CA. Originally hailing from the Wisconsin-Minnesota part of the world he carries with him deep roots in the folk/bluegrass genre ala the Minneapolis folk scene as well as the raw rock 'n blues of that same area. His current release "A Road in the Wilderness" is a collection of songs written by Brad over the past several years and document a faith journey for one believer that he hopes will also strike a chord with others. Two beloved old hymns are also included. Combine all this with a group of stellar studio musicians and a producer with "an ear and an eye" for what works and you have this initial offering from Brad Kittelsen.

Brad has been playing and singing professionally for the past eighteen years in both bands and as a solo artist and currently performs throughout the Orange County/Southern California area in a variety of venues. Brad's "day job" also involves music as a local community college district employs him as a music arts instructor in their older adults program. He is comfortable performing for all ages and will tailor his performance to suit the age and/or cultural makeup or his audience. Brad and his wife Carmel have four children: Olen, Christie, Even, and Bret. Eight-year-old Olen can beheard singing on Brad's current release.
